Privacy Policy GDPR

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the European Parliament Regulation and of the EU Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is “INTAP” ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY SP. ZOO. SP.K. with headquarters in Bukowiec, at ul. Rokicińska 110/112, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź under the number KRS 0000752900 (hereinafter referred to as the Company).   2. Providing personal data is voluntary. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: conclusion and implementation of the contract, sale of products and services offered by the Company, customer satisfaction research, for analytical and statistical purposes, in order to pursue claims after the expiry of the contract or performance of the contract, in order to provide services accounting and legal services of the Company.
  3. The legal basis for data processing will be:
    1. consent granted (in the case of sale, consent is automatically granted by issuing a sales invoice by the administrator);
    2. the need to perform the contract or take action at your request before concluding the contract;
    3. the necessity to fulfill the legal obligation by the administrator;
    4. necessity resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, such as replying to your letters and requests, i.e. in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a), b), c) and f) GDPR.
  4. The recipients of your personal data, only in connection with the implementation of the objectives indicated above and on the basis of an appropriate contract, will be:
    1. subcontractors of the Company or suppliers of IT solutions,
    2. courier and postal companies that will deliver your parcels to you,
    3. law firms indicated by the Company, e.g. to conduct proceedings,
    4. entities or bodies authorized under the provisions of law.
  5. The period of processing your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. The period for which your personal data will be stored is calculated based on the following criteria:
    1. legal provisions that may oblige the Company to process data for a specific period of time (e.g. the Accounting Act);
    2. the period for which the services are provided;
    3. the period necessary to defend the administrator’s interests.
  6. In addition, we would like to inform you that you have the right to:
    1. request access to your personal data for the purpose of rectifying the data,
    2. request for supplementing incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement,
    3. delete data or limit its processing,
    4. to object to the further processing of your personal data,
    5. transfer of your personal data.
  7. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data, which was made on the basis of the consent granted before its withdrawal.

If there is a discrepancy between the language versions of this document, the Polish version will prevail.
